R & D system:



There are several professional optical,thermal,structure,appearance,LED,electronics,test engineers in our company.6 of them have worked in the world's top 500 for more than 4 years in the field of R&D,management.We have bought"Everfine"testing equipment for lighting product and more than one million RMB of reliable electronic environmental laboratory equipment.The testing standards are keeping pace with international standards.The pass rate are maintaining at 99.5%.We insist on using the high-quality light source,electronic components,materials and processes.The luminous efficiency is generally higher than the domestic energy efficiency standards.From 2009,we started to cooperate with Shenzhen University to achieve production,study and research integration.



Manufacturing Bases:



We have the area of 3.000 square meters for workshop,2.000 square meters for machining center as well as 3.000 square meters for anti-static workshop and testing workshop in Shenzhen.The investment of 30 sets advanced processing equipment,which is worth of nearly 6 million RMB,ensures the quality of mass production.



In 2010,we also purchased 30.000 square meters industrial land in mid-China.It includes 12.000 square meters anti-static workshop,a 6-floor technology building and an administrative center.All the above have been prepared for the production,testing,R&D as well as peripheral parts processing.
